DHM completed a master plan for a 40,000 square-foot public library within a 5.2 acre redevelopment site as part of a consultant team. The project achieved all but one Sustainable Site points and created an example of surface stormwater management for the City. DHM completed site design including site grading and planting plans that address the adjacent historic neighborhood and enhance the Animas River corridor. The Durango Public Library is LEED Gold certified.
