Portland to Milwaukie Light Rail

DHM Design and artist Tad Savinar are collaborating on plans for a new light rail system running south out of Portland to Milwaukie. Traveling via light rail has long been a staple of Portland culture and the project will expand and improve the accessibility of the popular form of transportation. The new system will connect the center of Portland with downtown Milwaukie through working class neighborhoods, and light industrial zones. The design concept is that each rail station is a unique expression of the neighborhood that the light rail passes through.
