Haymeadow

The 660 acres of Haymeadow is the last remaining undeveloped parcel within the Town of Eagle urban growth boundary. Designated as “conservation oriented development”, our team has gone to great lengths to preserve 60% of the open space, preserve existing wetlands and wildlife corridors, and incorporate 11 miles of trails that connect the new neighborhoods to the existing trail network. DHM led the schematic design of 4 neighborhoods, each consisting of a mixture of multi-family, duplex, and single family units, and incorporated a new school site, fire station site, community park, trails, and a new recreation open space for the Town of Eagle.
