Double L Ranch

DHM is providing design and master planning services for landscape improvements at the Double L Ranch, located approximately 15 upstream of Durango along the Animas River. The improvements feature a 4.5 acre pond fed by a new water way diversion along with hay meadows pasture lands, and enhancements to the natural riparian corridors. The improved ranch will include looping roadways and trails, and feature outstanding mountain views from three new residential lots. DHM also prepared designs for the entry and bridges, and coordinated the multidisciplinary team to enhance this outstanding natural setting.
