Durango Hot Springs Resort & Spa

DHM Design worked with Durango Hot Springs Resort and Spa (formerly Trimble Spa and Natural Hot Spring). Renovations included a serpentine family pool area with lap lanes. Parents are able to soak in three new mineral pools overlooking the large heated pool. The central lawn space was preserved for picnicking, sunbathing, events and concerts. A new experience was created by terracing individual pools up the hillside to take advantage of the views of the Animas Valley and the surrounding ponderosa pine forest. In addition to the expansion of the pools, improvements to other amenities such as spa services, bathrooms, locker rooms, etc are a part of the overall facility make-over.
