Crowhill Estates

DHM Design provided master planning and conceptual design services for this 74 acre lakeside resort and residential community in Marmora, Ontario. The master plan gracefully integrates a variety of lodging accommodations adjacent to the beautiful Crowe Lake. A 200 room hotel and 34 beachside cottages are located in the heart of this classic northern lakeside resort. They command views of the lake and provide easy access to the 90 slip marina, boat livery, and public beach. Along with an expansive event lawn, boardwalks through the adjacent nature preserve lead to more secluded fishing spots along the shore. 20 townhomes and 37 hillside lots are nestled into the surrounding wooded hills, providing more privacy for longer term residents of the Crowhill Estates.
