New MRL Park Completes Rails-to-Trails Project in Missoula and Bitterroot Valley

Since the ribbon cutting grand opening of the new Montana Rail Link Park in July, the Missoula community has embraced the trail, playground, dog park, and community garden. The new park celebrates the site’s railroad heritage and completes the Bitterroot Branch Trail from Missoula to Hamilton. Thank you to the Montana Rail Link for donating the railroad elements that are integrated throughout the park. We are excited for this underutilized space to bring good times to current and future residents!
