First-ever US Hot Springs Conference a Sizzling Success

The first-ever Hot Springs Connection held its 3-day conference from November 7-9, 2018 in Glenwood Springs, Colorado – a town that is home to three hot springs amenities of its own. The inaugural event welcomed 95 attendees from 14 states and three different continents. Walker Christensen, Principal at DHM joined Jen DiCuollo, Senior Associate, to discuss trends in the industry, new technology, and ways in which facilities are evolving to create enhanced experiences for the next generation of users. DHM is involved in five current hot springs facility improvements across the mountain west.
